Elizabeth Links is a Metallurgical Engineer with 14+ years’ experience in Operational, Technical, Project environments within the mining industry. Some of her experience was in strategic corporate roles focussed on improving business efficiencies. At Thuma Consulting, she brings technical & operational process optimisation skills, implementation of business improvement principles, project & change management and Learning design, development and delivery.

Pravesh Kumari
Pravesh Kumari is a mine closure and ESG professional with over 13 years of experience in operational, corporate, and internal consulting roles across Africa and Latin America. She brings deep expertise in strategic and financially sustainable mine closure solutions across Platinum, Iron Ore, Diamond, and Marine mining. Annette Small
Annette Small is a professional engineer with 19+ years of extensive experience in coal mining operations, traffic management systems, and engineering governance. As the youngest and only female Engineering Manager for 10 years at Thungela Operations, she successfully managed capital projects up to R200 million and pioneered Collision Management System implementations across multiple mining sites. A B.Eng (Mech) graduate with GCC DMRE certification and MBA in progress, Annette served as the first woman President of SACEA and is a Minerals Council "Woman in Modernization Heroes" Award Winner. Through her engineering consulting practices, she helps mining clients optimize safety performance, streamline regulatory compliance, and implement cost-effective traffic management solutions that reduce operational risk while maximizing asset performance

Jonathan Davies
Jonathan Davies is a Professional Engineering Technologist and bulk materials handling specialist with extensive experience across mining, mineral processing, logistics, ports, and heavy industry. Geoff built a reputation for uncovering breakthrough opportunities, reducing operational variability, and coaching multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable productivity gains. With earlier roles spanning financial modelling, metallurgical consulting, and plant production management, he brings deep technical and commercial credibility, underpinned by an MBA from Wits and a BSc in Chemical Engineering from UKZN.

Rodgers Mundembe
Rodgers is a seasoned Safety, Health and Environmental management professional with extensive experience across mining, construction, manufacturing and service industries. He is a Certified Internal Auditor with strong experience in HSE auditing, sustainability assurance, management systems, regulatory approvals, permits and licences. His credentials include a BSc Civil Engineering Honours, MBA, MSc in Environmental Policy and Planning, NEBOSH International Diploma, and Certified Professional Membership with NZISM. Notably, he served as a full member of Anglo American’s Elimination of Fatalities Task Team from 2018 to 2020.
